Artist: (my) sound trauma – Steve Curtis
Artist (my) sound trauma – Steve Curtis has lived, studied and worked in Swindon all of his life. He attended the Swindon School of Art and Design in the late 1980s. His design is in homage to the great Swindon Town Football Club player, Don Rogers, sporting his famous red number 11 shirt. Steve says, Don Rogers was ‘arguably Swindon’s greatest player, who tore down the left wing of the County Ground in the 60s and 70s. He was one of the best players to never play England and had the ability to float over those muddy pitches of the time in complete ease.”
